Black Horse Tack will gladly accept any new item you decide to return. Simply rebox the item with all tags in place and any container item unopened, enclose the original packing slip and return to:

We recommend that you insure your shipment. Shipping damages happen and packages do get lost.

Items that are dirty, have been used or are not in "new" condition will not be accepted for return and no credit or refund shall be issued nor shall it be returned to you. Should an item seem to be defective, which can happen on occasion, please call 410-820-9822 or e-mail us through our online form to receive instruction. Defective merchandise is under manufacturers regulations and decisions.

New item returns shall be replaced, refunded in same form of payment, or allowed a store credit for purchase price as requested by you. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

"New" condition is defined simply as merchandise that is in the same condition returned to us as it was when we shipped it to you. We do not ship any other type of merchandise.

Items for refund must be received withing 45 days of purchase. Items not received within that time frame will be issued a store credit only.
